This mixture is then carefully spread on industrial satin food cloths and dried in our ovens for 8 hours, resulting in a perfect texture. After a day of resting, the dried fruit pulp is cut into precise sizes and wrapped in a roll shape, filled with a hazelnut paste made solely from hazelnuts and dried white mulberries.
