One kilogram of individually wrapped milk chocolate diamonds in blue foil paper. In Turkish celebration culture blue is the newborn-boy colour, so this is the wrapper that goes out for baby announcements and naming days — but it also handles graduations, sports club events and any brand whose palette runs blue.

Each diamond is a firm, glossy piece of milk chocolate made from cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, soy lecithin and natural vanilla. The wrapper keeps hands clean and pieces separate, which matters when sweets sit out on a table for hours or travel in a favour bag.

Because the pieces are uniform, one kilogram divides evenly across guest bags, jars or a tiered stand.

Storage: Store at 18–22°C in a cool, dry spot away from sunlight. Do not refrigerate.
