Authentic Mixed Special Turkish Delight Package

A mixed bag of Turkish delight that gathers the single-flavour lokum sold across an Istanbul confectioner's counter into one package, dusted so the cubes stay separate rather than fusing into a block.

Lokum is made slowly, from sugar, starch and water cooked down until the mixture turns translucent and yielding; the flavour is carried inside the cube, not painted on the surface. The texture is soft and springy rather than chewy, and because the bag is mixed, no two pieces in a row taste the same. Contents vary by batch and typically span the classic rose, citrus, mint and nut-filled pieces.

Serve two or three cubes beside Turkish coffee — the standard Istanbul pairing — or set the bag out during Bayram and New Year visits. The bag format also makes it easy to decant into your own bowls or gift jars.
